Hello, my friends!
As you know, I love doing this show because it’s always a theme-based show, along with inside information about the history of the song, and the artist, combined with who is behind the music…the writers, the producers, the artists… along with stories that I can share with you that I’ve experienced over my 64 years in entertainment and the music industry!
I have always been amazed at how the songwriter/lyricists can find a word that inspires them to write a song, based on just one word, as is in the songs I play on this Saturday night’s show. Songs like CYNDI LAUPER’S “TIME After TIME”, or THE ROLLING STONES “TIME Is On My Side”, Or CHICAGO’S “Does Anybody Really Know What TIME It Is?”!
So, I felt now is the TIME to do the entire show on songs that were inspired to be written by just one word… TIME!!!
My theme for this Saturday night’s show, and you will be amazed at how many songs are about TIME! Well, to quote CHICAGO: “Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?“ Well, we do right here on Music Radio 77 WABC!!!
