The Foo Fighters remembered their late drummer Taylor Hawkins on what would have been his 51st birthday on Friday.
The band posted a heartfelt tribute on their Instagram Friday, featuring a photo of the late drummer looking into the camera with a sweet smile and his legendary drum kit looming in the background. The photo was captioned with a simple “Miss you so much.”
Taylor Hawkins passed away in late March, 2022. He was found dead in his Bogota, Colombia hotel room. Hawkins death was announced via the band’s social media page nearly a year ago, but the music industry still continues to feel the shockwaves of his death and remembers him and his legacy every single day.
